**What Is Playformation?**
Playformation is an innovative mix of interactive, experience-based games and creative exercises that are personally transformative and unforgettably fun. Playformation accelerates the growth of body, mind, and spirit for individuals and groups in a safe and fun environment.

Playformation primarily draws upon principles and practices from the world of improvisational acting, yet also embraces elements from traditional team-building games, sociodrama, sociometrics and other innovative practices.
